Beth Patafilo (born 27 January 1991) is a New Zealand born actress. The Tribe Beth Chote acted as Lottie in 21 episodes of television series ''The Tribe (1999 TV series), The Tribe'' during its fifth series, screened in 2003. The Killian Curse Chote appeared as Katie Lockhart in 2006 New Zealand children's television series The Killian Curse. Reservoir Hill Chote played the lead character Beth Connolly in eight episode long interactive online drama series ''Reservoir Hill'' in 2009. In the following year the show received an Emmy award from the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. The Tribe (1999 TV Series)
''The Tribe'' is a science fiction drama television series which premiered on Channel 5 in the United Kingdom on 24 April 1999. The series was created by Raymond Thompson and Harry Duffin, and was developed and produced by the Cloud 9 Screen Entertainment Group in New Zealand. The series was commissioned by Channel 5, who received the initial screening rights. The series made its New Zealand premiere in 2000 on TV4. Primarily aimed at teenagers, ''The Tribe'' is set in a post-apocalyptic city in which all adults have been killed as the result of an unknown virus. The series focuses on the remaining children and teenagers who must navigate the social and personal issues of adolescence, while being faced with the larger problems of a society in a state of anarchy. The Killian Curse
''The Killian Curse'' is a New Zealand kidult horror-fantasy television show, directed by Thomas Robins and Wayne Vinton. Starring Nick Blake and local New Zealand children, ''The Killian Curse'' tells the 21 stories of the students from Room 21, who must each face an evil curse placed on them by the sinister Charles Killian. Killian wants to get revenge on the people who caused his death shortly after founding the school in 1906. He needs to capture eleven souls to rise from the dead. There are two series which first aired in 2006 and 2008. Premise 1906 Room 21 Students The original students of Room 21 are caught doing a ritual led by Killian. The parents banished him, but a fire broke out during a struggle which eventually burned the interior of the classroom, killing Killian in the process.
