Beth Bauer
Beth Bauer Grace (born March 15, 1980) is an American former professional golfer. Bauer was born in Largo, Florida. As an amateur, she won the 1997 U.S. Girls' Junior and in 1998 and 1999 she earned back-to-back victories at the North and South Women's Amateur at Pinehurst Resort in North Carolina. She played on the victorious U.S. Curtis Cup team in 1998 and 2000. A former student at Duke University, where she played on the golf team, she turned professional in 2000. At Duke, she was named the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Rookie of the Year in 1999, an honor that was later awarded to fellow Blue Devils Liz Janangelo (2003), Brittany Lang (2004), Amanda Blumenherst (2006), and Laetitia Beck. She won the player and rookie of the year awards on the second tier Futures Tour in 2001 as she graduated to the LPGA Tour for 2002. Largo, Florida
Largo is the third largest city in Pinellas County, Florida, United States, as well as the fourth largest in the Tampa Bay area. As of the 2020 Census, the city had a population of 82,500, up from 69,371 in 2000. Largo was first incorporated in 1905. In 1913, it became the first municipality in Pinellas County to adopt a council-manager government. It switched back and forth from "town" to "city" a few times, and became a city again in 1974. Laetitia Beck
Laetitia Beck ( he, לטיסיה בק; born February 5, 1992) is an Israeli professional golfer. She made her professional debut at the 2014 Women's British Open. Beck has won the Israeli Open Golf Championship five times, including for the first time when she was 12 years of age. She also won gold medals in golf in both the 2009 and 2013 Maccabiah Games. Beck attended Duke University from 2010–2014, where she golfed for the Blue Devils. In 2011, she was voted the Atlantic Coast Conference Rookie of the Year, in 2013 and 2014 she was an All-American, and for her college career she had a 73.58 stroke average (10th-best in school history). She is the first Israeli to compete in an LPGA Tour event, and in December 2014 became the first Israeli to qualify as a fully-fledged PGA or LPGA Tour player. The organization is headquartered at the LPGA International in Daytona Beach, Florida, and is best known for running the LPGA Tour, a series of weekly golf tournaments for elite female professional golfers from around the world. The Women's Open (originally known as the Women's British Open, and still widely referred to by that name outside the UK) is a women's major golf championships, major championship in Professional golf tours#Women's tours, women's professional golf. The Women's PGA Championship (branded as the KPMG Women's PGA Championship for sponsorship reasons) is a women's professional golf tournament. First held in 1955, it is one of five majors on the LPGA Tour. An event on the LPGA Tour, it is one of the tour's five major championships, and has traditionally been the first of the season since its elevation to major status in 1983. The Aurora Health Care Championship was an annual United States golf tournament for professional women golfers on the Futures Tour, the LPGA Tour's developmental tour. The event was a part of the Futures Tour's schedule from 1995 to 2003, when it was played in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area and again from 2006 to 2008, when it has been played at the Geneva National Golf Club in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
