Bertrand Robert (born 16 November 1983 in Saint-Benoît, Réunion, Saint-Benoît) is a French Association football, footballer who plays for AS Excelsior. He is the younger brother of Laurent Robert. Saint-Benoît () is a commune in the French overseas department of Réunion. It is located on the eastern part of the island of Réunion, about 40 kilometres southeast of Saint-Denis, the capital. Geography It is the second largest city of the island by its surface area. In the west of the commune lies Grand Étang, the largest lake of La Réunion. The 2010–11 Football League (known as the npower Football League for sponsorship reasons) was the 112th completed season of the Football League. It began in August 2010 and concluded in May 2011, with the promotion play-off finals. The Football League is contested through three Divisions. The 2008–09 Ligue 1 season was the 71st since its establishment. Bordeaux became champions for the sixth time on the last weekend of the season. The fixtures were announced on 23 May 2008.
