Aage Berntsen
Aage Berntsen (16 May 1885 – 16 April 1952) was a Danish fencer, poet, doctor and artist. He competed in five events at the 1920 Summer Olympics. Klaus Berntsen
Klaus Berntsen (12 June 1844 – 27 March 1927) was a Danish politician, representing the Liberal party, Venstre. He was Council President of Denmark from 1910 to 1913. Tommy Berntsen
Tommy Berntsen (born 18 December 1973) is a Norwegian former professional footballer who played as a defender. He played the majority of his career at Lillestrøm S.K. and Lyn in the Norwegian Premier League. Since 2010, Berntsen is involved with a youth coach role at Lyn. Club career Berntsen began his playing career at Vålerenga, but failed to make the first team. He spent the next few years in the lower divisions, playing for local clubs Lørenskog IF and Skjetten SK. His breakthrough came in 1998 when he signed for Lillestrøm, where he and his teammate Torgeir Bjarmann made up one of the best central defences in the Norwegian Tippeligaen (Premier Division). Thomas Edvin Berntsen (born 31 July 1970) is a Norwegian football manager, sporting director and former football defender. As a player, Berntsen is most notable for his time at Lillestrøm and Vålerenga in Tippeligaen and the Austrian club Bregenz. After his retirement he has been head coach of Lørenskog, Kongsvinger and Strømmen. Player career He was born in Oslo, and started his career in Strømmen before he moved to Lillestrøm where he played 65 matches in Tippeligaen from 1993 to 1996. He then moved to Vålerenga where he played 45 league-matches between 1997 and 1999 and also won the Norwegian Football Cup in 1997. Robin Berntsen (born 16 July 1970) is a Norwegian former footballer who played for Tromsø IL, Vålerenga IF, Tromsdalen UIL, and Port Vale. He won the Norwegian Football Cup with Tromsø in 1996. Career Berntsen grew up in Nordbotn in Ramfjord and played football for Ramfjord IL from an early age until he was 14. In 1984, he began playing for the Tromsø IL youth team, before he returned to Ramfjord in 1987. He joined IF Fløya in 1988 and returned to Tromsø IL as an apprentice two years later. In 1992, when he was living in Oslo, he joined Vålerenga IF.
