Bernardo Fernandes Da Silva Junior
Bernardo Fernandes da Silva Junior (born 14 May 1995), known simply as Bernardo, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays for Austrian Bundesliga side Red Bull Salzburg. Club career Early career Bernardo started his career at Audax São Paulo, before moving to Red Bull Brasil, the Brazilian Red Bull GmbH football team, in 2012. He made three appearances for the Red Bulls in the 2014 edition of the Campeonato Paulista Série A2, before being sent out on loan to Ponte Preta. He failed to make a single appearance for the Macaca, being selected three times for the bench, before being sent back to the Red Bulls. In his final season with the Red Bulls, he made three appearances in the 2015 Campeonato Brasileiro Série D. RB Leipzig Bernardo joined Red Bull Salzburg on 1 January 2016 from Red Bull Brasil. FC Red Bull Salzburg is an Austrian professional football club based in Wals-Siezenheim, that competes in the Austrian Bundesliga, the top flight of Austrian Football. Their home ground is the Red Bull Arena. Due to sponsorship restrictions, the club is known as FC Salzburg and wears a modified crest when playing in UEFA competitions. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D (English: Brazilian Championship Serie D) is the fourth division of the Brazilian football league system, and was announced by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) on April 9, 2008. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D was formed from the split of the Série C, keeping its best 20 clubs and playing double round robin as does the top three divisions. The Série D keeps the same format of the older Série C, but with participation limited to 40 clubs recognized by the state federation. In 2016 the Série D was expanded to 68 clubs, but in 2022 it will be reduced to 64 clubs. The 2015–16 Austrian Cup (german: ÖFB-Samsung-Cup) was the 82nd season of Austria's nationwide football cup competition. It began with the matches of the First Round on 17 July 2015 and ended on 20 May 2016 with the final at Wörthersee Stadion in Klagenfurt. Red Bull Salzburg won the title for the third consecutive time by beating Admira Wacker Mödling 5–0. The Austrian Cup (german: ÖFB-Cup), known as UNIQA ÖFB Cup for sponsorship purposes, is an annual football competition held by the Austrian Football Association, the ÖFB. Enock Mwepu (born 1 January 1998) is a Zambian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Having begun his career in his native Zambia, Mwepu signed for Austrian club Red Bull Salzburg in 2017 before moving Brighton & Hove Albion in 2021. Zlatko Junuzović (, ; born 26 September 1987) is an Austrian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. From 2006 to 2017 he represented the Austria national football team.
