Berlin Bellevue Station
Bellevue is a railway station on the Berlin Stadtbahn in the Hansaviertel district of Berlin, Germany. It is located on the elevated Stadtbahn line and served by Berlin S-Bahn trains. The station is named after nearby Bellevue Palace, the residence of the President of Germany. Location The station is located about west of Berlin Hauptbahnhof, close to the Spree river and the southern rim of the Moabit quarter. Beside Bellevue Place, the Victory Column and Tiergarten Park can be reached in the vicinity. The adjacent Modernist residential area was largely rebuilt as part of the 1957 Interbau exhibition. History Work on the station started in 1875 and it was opened together with most other Stadtbahn stations on 7 February 1882. Today, it is one of the two Stadtbahn stations still partly in its original state (the other being Hackescher Markt). Berlin Westkreuz Station
Berlin Westkreuz (literally "Berlin West Cross") is a station in the Charlottenburg district of Berlin. It is served by the S-Bahn lines S3, S41, S42, S46, S5, S7 and S9 and so represents a major interchange point on the Berlin S-Bahn network. It lies at the opposite end of the Stadtbahn to Ostkreuz and is one of the four main stations on the Ringbahn (circle line). Berlin Zoologischer Garten station (german: Bahnhof Berlin Zoologischer Garten, colloquially Bahnhof Zoo, ) is a railway station in Berlin, Germany. It is located on the Berlin Stadtbahn railway line in the Charlottenburg district, adjacent to the Berlin Zoo. Ahrensfelde station is a station serving regional and S-Bahn services in the Berlin borough of Marzahn-Hellersdorf. It is located on the border of Berlin just outside the municipality of Ahrensfelde, which is in the state of Brandenburg. Erkner Station
Erkner station is the passenger station in the town of Erkner situated east of Berlin in the German state of Brandenburg. It is located at kilometre 24.3 on the Berlin-Frankfurt railway. The station also includes a carriage shed for historic rollingstock of the Berlin S-Bahn. History The station was opened on 23 October 1842 as one of the first on the line from Berlin to Frankfurt (Oder). A railway settlement was built at the station on garden city principles in the 1920s. As part of the project to build an upgraded line (''Ausbaustrecke'') between Berlin and Frankfurt (Oder), the regional platforms were rebuilt as side platforms to the south between 2009 and 2011.
