Berkmar High School
Berkmar High School is a high school located in Lilburn, Georgia, United States. It has approximately 2,912 students, grades 9 through 12. Berkmar High School's principal is Durrant Williams. The school opened in 1966 to help overcrowding at nearby schools due to the growth of Gwinnett County. Description Middle schools such as Berkmar Middle School and Sweetwater Middle School pour into BHS. In 2002 Berkmar received a renovation with a new front entrance to the school, a gymnasium, a two-story building to hold offices, classrooms, a media center, and an improved parking lot. Berkmar has three buildings of classrooms, two gyms, a theater, and many portable classrooms. Adjacent to the football field are a baseball field, hitting facility, softball field, practice field, and four tennis courts. A football training facility has been built in a former parking area. Steve Whitmire
Steven Lawrence Whitmire (born September 24, 1959) is an American puppeteer, known primarily for his work on ''The Muppets'' and ''Sesame Street''. Beginning his involvement with the Muppets in 1978, Whitmire inherited the roles of Ernie and Kermit the Frog after Jim Henson's death in 1990; he performed the characters until 2014 and 2016, respectively. Quavious Keyate Marshall (born April 2, 1991), known professionally as Quavo (), is an American rapper, singer, and actor. The ''Gwinnett Daily Post'' is a daily newspaper published in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and serves as the county's legal organ. The newspaper is owned by Southern Community Newspapers Inc. and prints Wednesday and Sunday each week. Migos () is an American hip hop trio from Lawrenceville, Georgia, founded in 2008. The group was originally composed of Southern rappers Quavo, Takeoff, and Offset. Kirshnik Khari Ball (June 18, 1994 – November 1, 2022), known professionally as Takeoff, was an American rapper. He was best known as a youngest member of the hip hop trio Migos along with his uncle Quavo and first cousin once removed Offset.
