''Benthomangelia antonia'' is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Mangeliidae. Description The length of the shell varies between 8 mm and 15 mm. (Original description) The shell is six-whorled, with a length of 5.75 mm. The protoconch is clear brown, with three whorls, on most of which there are scalar ridges which are much more closely and regularly set than in '' Benthomangelia bandella'', and do not resemble lamellae. There is only a trace of an antesutural revolving rib in the earlier whorls which vanishes entirely in the later ones, and with it, of course, the tendency to raised points of sculpture. Though its place is marked by a white opacity in the otherwise rather translucent shell. There are thirteen longitudinal ribs on the body whorl, which extend on to the anterior fourth of the whorl instead of vanishing, and are more evident and sharper where they cross the band. ''Benthomangelia celebensis'' is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Mangeliidae. Description The length of the shell attains 8.5 mm, its diameter 3.5 mm. (Original description) The small shell has a subbiconical shape with a short siphonal canal and a subgradate spire. It is thin, subpellucid and white. It contains 6½ whorls, of which nearly 2 form a smooth, shining, convexly-whorled protoconch. The subsequent whorls are angular, excavated above, separated by a conspicuous, irregularly waved suture, with a rather strong rib just below it, with short bead-like folds. The lower part of whorls shows oblique ribs, 15 in number on the body whorl, tubercled at their upper part below the excavation. (Original description) The high, narrow shell has a biconical shape. It is fragile, translucent white, glossy, feebly ribbed and spiralled, with a stumpy subscalar spire, ending in a large, conical, sculptured, sharp-tipped dome, and with a small body whorl, contracted base, and produced snout. Sculpture: Longitudinals—there are on the body whorl about 20 flexuous oblique threads. They rise at the suture, retreat very much in the sinus area, but at the angulation below this they curve forward and die out on the base. (Original description) The thin, white, polished shell has a fusiform shape and contains 8 whorls; The protoconch is smooth. The succeeding whorl or two are scalariform, by reason of sharp scale-like transverse lamellae. The remaining whorls show sharp transverse ridges prominent on the spire and on the posterior half of the body whorl (where there are eighteen of them) and obsolete on the anterior half. These ridges rise into points where they cross the carina in front of the notch-band and the ante-sutural rib. Description (Original description) The thin shell is short and broad, biconical, angulated, with small oblique riblets and spiral threads, and with a lop-sided, small-pointed snout. Sculpture: Longitudinals— on the body whorl there are about twenty small, short, oblique riblets, which are obsolete on the base. They are parted by shallow furrows somewhat broader than they.
