Beni (Australian Musician)
Beni is an Australian musician, DJ, producer, and remix engineer. He is a part of the Riot In Belgium duo with Joel Dickson. Beni has released music through the French Kitsuné and the Australian Modular Recordings. Career Solo career ''My Love Sees You'' Beni released his first single ''"My Love Sees You"'' on 19 January 2008, through Kitsuné. The song features extra production work by Sam Littlemore, marking the first of two collaborations between the two. The song stayed on both the Flemish and Walloon Ultratop Dance Chart in Belgium for five weeks, peaking at the chart position of nine. The track was later featured on '' Kitsuné Maison Compilation 6''. An official remix from the maxi single was produced by Etienne de Crécy, named, ''"My Love Sees You" (Coco Walsh Etienne de Crécy Mix)'', it is the first of two times the musicians will work together. Gramophone Record
A phonograph record (also known as a gramophone record, especially in British English), or simply a record, is an analog sound storage medium in the form of a flat disc with an inscribed, modulated spiral groove. Quicksand (La Roux Song)
"Quicksand" is a song by English synth-pop duo La Roux from their eponymous debut studio album (2009). Written and produced by Elly Jackson and Ben Langmaid, the song was released as the album's lead single on 15 December 2008 by Kitsuné. It peaked at number 153 on the UK Singles Chart upon limited release. When re-released on 23 November 2009, the single re-entered the chart at number 129. The Temper Trap
The Temper Trap are an Australian indie rock band formed in 2005 by Dougy Mandagi, Jonathon Aherne, and Toby Dundas. In 2008, the group relocated from Melbourne to London. The band released their debut album '' Conditions'' in June 2009 to favourable reviews and commercial success; it peaked at No. 9 on the ARIA Albums Chart and into the top 30 on the UK Albums Chart. Sneaky Sound System is an Australian dance music group formed in late 2001 by Angus McDonald on guitar, MC Double D (Daimon Downey) on vocoder and vocals, Damien Hesse (DJ) and Nick Broadhurst on saxophone. La Roux ( ) is an English synthpop act formed in 2008 by singer Elly Jackson and record producer Ben Langmaid. The act's debut album ''La Roux'' (2009) was a critical and commercial success, winning a Grammy Award and producing hit singles such as " In for the Kill" and "Bulletproof". Recording of a follow-up album was marred by unsuccessful collaborations, the cancellation of two planned release dates, and reported conflict between the duo. Tania May-Bowers, better known by her stage name Via Tania, is an Australian singer formerly based in Chicago, Illinois. Life and career Via Tania originally started performing in Sydney during the 1990s with her sister Kim Bowers in noise outfit named Spdfgh.
