Bengali Market
Bengali Market is among the oldest and most popular markets in New Delhi, India. The actual name of the market is Bangali Mal Market, but over the years it has come to be known as just Bengali Market, though it has nothing to do with the Indian state of West Bengal. It was built by Bengali Mal Lohia in 1930. It is a relatively small market, comprising several stores situated in a circular manner around a traffic roundabout. Today, it is famous for its North Indian street food, and shops selling sweets such as Nathu's Sweets (''sp.channa Bhature'') and Bengali Sweet House. Around 2000 families live in the immediate surrounding posh residential area, which is officially named Babar Road, however this area is also popularly referred to as Bengali Market. The project implements an interactive "clickable" web map that utilizes Google Maps with a geographically-referenced wiki system, with the aim to mark and describe all geographical objects in the world. Vijay Goel (born 4 January 1954) is an Indian politician and a former Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs and Statistic and Implementation in the NDA government. The Hindu Sena (; ), is an Indian right-wing organization, founded on 10 August 2011 by Vishnu Gupta, who is also its current leader. It has been described as a "fringe right-wing organization". The Sena organized a birthday party for Donald Trump, then a candidate for US President, on 14 June 2016. The Sena had previously prayed for his victory in the 2016 US presidential election. The Mandi House Metro Station is located on the Blue Line and Violet Line of the Delhi Metro in Delhi, India. The Delhi Metro is a mass rapid transit (MRT) system serving Delhi and its satellite cities of Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Bahadurgarh and Ballabhgarh, in the National Capital Region of India. Lutyens' Delhi
Lutyens' Delhi is an area in New Delhi, India, named after the British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens (1869–1944), who was responsible for much of the architectural design and building during the period of the British Raj, when India was part of the British Empire in the 1920s and 1930s and 1940s. This also includes the Lutyens Bungalow Zone (LBZ). Sir Edwin Lutyens, the architect of Delhi, designed 4 bungalows in the Rashtrapati Bhavan Estate, (Viceroy House Estate); now, these bungalows lie on the Mother Teresa Crescent (then Willingdon Crescent). The India Gate (formerly known as the All India War Memorial) is a war memorial located near the Rajpath on the eastern edge of the "ceremonial axis" of New Delhi, formerly called duty path.
