Ben Watson (born 9 July 1985) is an English former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He has previously played for Wigan Athletic, Crystal Palace, Watford, Nottingham Forest and Charlton Athletic and had loan spells at Queens Park Rangers and West Bromwich Albion. He has also represented England at U21 level. Watson won an FA Cup winners medal in 2013, by scoring a stoppage time header and the only goal of the game against Manchester City. This was the first time Wigan Athletic had won the FA Cup. Ben Charles Watson (born 6 December 1985) is an English footballer, who is manager for Crediton United FC . He is also currently a coach at League 2 side Exeter City's community trust and holds his B-License coaching qualification. The striker started his career with Brighton before a few loan moves before signing for Bognor Regis permanently in 2004. He later moved onto Grays Athletic where he impressed and earned a move to then Conference side Exeter City after catching the eye of manager Paul Tisdale. Watson is currently on his second spell at Bideford following a recent second spell with Dorchester. Benjamin Luther Watson (born July 27, 1959) is an American politician who has served in the Georgia State Senate from the 1st District since he was appointed in 2014. He previously served in the Georgia House of Representatives from 2010 to 2014. Watson is an active member of the Republican Party, and he has also been a part of various committees and caucuses in the state of Georgia. Background and education Ben was born in 1959 and grew up in Twin City, Georgia. Benjamin Seth Watson (born December 18, 1980) is a former American football tight end. He was drafted by the New England Patriots 32nd overall in the first round of the 2004 NFL Draft and won Super Bowl XXXIX with the Patriots over the Philadelphia Eagles in his rookie year. Benjamin Philip Watson FRCSEd, FRCOG, FACS (4 January 1880 7 August 1976) was a Scottish obstetrician and gynaecologist who was the head of academic departments in three countries. He was professor and departmental head successively in Canada, Scotland and the United States. In each of these posts he made undergraduate teaching a priority and reformed training in the speciality. Benjamin Michael Watson (born 11 June 1989) is a British para cyclist competing in road, time trial and track cycling events in the C3 category. Cycling career Watson has been part of the Great Britain Cycling Team since early 2017. In 2018 Watson finished second at the UCI World Para-cycling Track Championships in Rio de Janeiro. In the World Road Championships C3 individual time trial he has won bronze both in the 2018 and 2019. Watson won the C3 road race in Yorkshire 2019, which was the first time a para-cycling race took place alongside the UCI Road World Championships.
