Ben Rubeor
Ben Rubeor is a former professional lacrosse player and coach. He was the head coach for Atlas Lacrosse Club of the Premier Lacrosse League from 2020-2022. Rubeor previously played for the Chesapeake Bayhawks & Long Island Lizards in Major League Lacrosse. He was one of the nation's top collegiate lacrosse players at the University of Virginia. Ben also currently serves as the men's varsity head lacrosse coach and assistant admissions director at Thayer Academy in Braintree, Massachusetts. High school and collegiate career Ben Rubeor played high school lacrosse at Loyola Blakefield in Towson, Maryland, where he scored 43 goals and 23 assists as a junior and 48 goals and 27 assists as a senior. In his senior year, he was selected a high school All-American and won the C. Markland Kelly Award as Maryland's best lacrosse player. Chesapeake Bayhawks
The Chesapeake Bayhawks were a Major League Lacrosse (MLL) professional men's field lacrosse team based in Annapolis, Maryland since 2010. They played in the greater Baltimore metro area beginning with the MLL's inaugural 2001 season, as the Baltimore Bayhawks from 2001–2006 and as the Washington Bayhawks from 2007–2009. They won six Steinfeld Cup titles, the most of any MLL franchise. USILA All-American Team
The USILA All-American Team is an honor given annually to the best American men's college lacrosse players at their respective positions by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association. The first USILA All-Americans were named in 1922, and consisted of a first team, second team, third team, and honorable mention selections. Today, separate selections are made at the NCAA Division I, Division II, and Division III levels. Boston Cannons
The Cannons Lacrosse Club are a professional men's field lacrosse team in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) . Formerly based in Boston, Massachusetts, they played in Major League Lacrosse (MLL) as the Boston Cannons from their inaugural 2001 season to 2020. The team's home field was Veterans Memorial Stadium in nearby Quincy. In the MLL, the team won two Steinfeld Cup championship games in 2011 and 2020, the latter being the MLL's final championship. The Cannons joined the PLL in 2020 following the MLL–PLL merger and were rebranded as the Cannons Lacrosse Club. Owings Mills is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. It is a suburb of Baltimore. Per the 2020 census, the population was 35,674. USILA
The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association is an association of member institutions and organizations with college lacrosse programs at all levels of competition, including the three NCAA divisions and non-NCAA schools, at both the varsity and club levels for men and women.
