Ben Lane
Ben Lane (born 13 July 1997) is an English badminton player. He won the men's doubles silver medal at the 2022 Commonwealth Games and a bronze medal in the European Championships. Personal life Ben's mother Suzanne Louis-Lane, represented England in badminton and had won the women's singles title at the National Championships in 1993 and 1994. His older brother, Alex, represented England in badminton and won the men's singles at the 2017 National Championships. Lane was educated at Exmouth Community College. Career Lane started playing badminton at aged nine, and in his junior career, he had won the U-17 European Championships in the boys' and mixed doubles event in 2014. He also won two silvers and a bronze medal at the 2015 European Junior Championships. Lane was part of the English team that won the mixed team bronze at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast. The National Exhibition Centre (NEC) is an exhibition centre located in Marston Green, Solihull, West Midlands, England. It is near junction 6 of the M42 motorway, and is adjacent to Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International railway station. It was opened by Queen Elizabeth II in 1976. Marvin Emil Seidel (; born 9 November 1995) is a German badminton player. He was the bronze medalist at the 2013 European Junior Championships in the boys' doubles, and a silver medalist at the 2021 European Championships in the men's doubles event. Mark Lamsfuß
Mark Lamsfuß (born 19 April 1994) is a German badminton player and plays for the BC Wipperfeld. He and his partner, Isabel Lohau won a bronze medal in mixed doubles at the 2022 BWF World Championships. Career Lamsfuß started playing badminton at aged 3, and in 2013 he won the Dutch Open Junior tournament in the mixed doubles event partnered with Franziska Volkmann. He and Volkmann also won bronze at the 2013 European Junior Badminton Championships. The men's doubles badminton tournament at the 2020 Summer Olympics took place from 24 to 31 July at the Musashino Forest Sport Plaza at Tokyo. There were 16 pairs from 14 nations competing.
