Ben Joyce (footballer)
Ben Patrick Joyce (born 9 September 1989) is an English footballer who plays as a midfielder for Plymouth Parkway. Career Early career Joyce is a former Plymouth Argyle and Aston Villa striker, but signed for Swindon Town in July 2007 after leaving Plymouth. He came along with assistant manager David Byrne, eventually making his first team debut for Swindon Town on 19 April 2008, scoring a goal in the last minute of a 6–0 win. Torquay United After being released by Swindon in May 2009, Joyce signed for League Two side Torquay United in July. Joyce joined Conference South side Weston-super-Mare on a three-month loan deal in October 2009. He was recalled early from his loan spell however in November and he was sent out on loan to Conference National side Forest Green Rovers until January 2010 as a replacement for Sean Rigg. Plymouth

South West Peninsula League
The South West Peninsula League (SWPL) is a football competition in England, which was formed in 2007 from the merger of the Devon County League and the South Western League. The league is restricted to clubs based in Cornwall, Devon and West Dorset. The league consists of two Premier Divisions (East and West), which are ranked at Step 6 in the National League System. Until 2019–20, there was a single Premier Division at Step 6, and two divisions at Step 7 (Division One West and Division One East). Subject to applying, receiving the required ground grading and finishing high enough in the league table, one club from each Premier Division can be promoted to the Western League Premier Division each season. Sean Michael Rigg (born 1 October 1988) is an English former professional footballer who played on the wing or as a striker. In a 13-year career in the English Football League and National League he scored 57 goals in 477 league and cup appearances. Having graduated through the Bristol Academy of Sport, his professional career began at Bristol Rovers in 2006.
