Benjamin Gedeon (born October 16, 1994) is a former American football linebacker. He played college football at Michigan and was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. College career Gedeon appeared in 51 games and made 14 starting assignments at linebacker, ultimately recording 176 tackles, 6.5 sacks, 21 tackles-for-loss and two pass breakups. As a senior, he posted a career best 106 tackles, 15.5 tackles-for-loss, 4.5 sacks and two pass breakups. Linebacker
Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen. They are the "middle ground" of defenders, playing closer to the line of scrimmage than the defensive backs (secondary), but farther back than the defensive linemen. 2014 Michigan Wolverines Football Team
The 2014 Michigan Wolverines football team represented the University of Michigan in the sport of college football during the 2014 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Wolverines played in the new East Division of the Big Ten Conference and played their home games at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The team was led by fourth-year head coach Brady Hoke. Mike Zimmer
Michael Zimmer (born June 5, 1956) is an American football coach for the Colorado Buffaloes. Prior to this, Zimmer was with Jackson State, both college programs being led by Deion Sanders. He previously also served as the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL) from 2014 to 2021. Prior to joining the Vikings, Zimmer served as a defensive assistant for the Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Falcons, and Cincinnati Bengals from 1994–2013.
