The Believe Tour was the second concert tour by Canadian singer Justin Bieber. It was launched in support of his third studio album, ''Believe'' (2012). Beginning in September 2012, the tour played over 150 shows in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. In 2012, the tour placed 23rd on Pollstar's "Top 50 Worldwide Tours". Stratford is a city on the Avon River within Perth County in southwestern Ontario, Canada, with a 2016 population of 31,465 in a land area of .
