The Belarusian State Academy of Arts ( Belarusian: Беларуская дзяржаўная акадэмія мастацтваў Russian: Белорусская государственная академия искусств) is a state-owned institution of higher education in Minsk, Belarus. The Belarusian State Academy of Arts has status as a leading institution of the national system of art and cultural education alongside the Belarusian State Academy of Music and the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts. It was established in 1945 as the Belarus Theatrical institute. Art faculty was established in 1953, and renamed into the "Belarusian State Academy of Arts" in 2001. Palina (Belarusian Singer)
Palina Yuryewna Palanyeychyk ( be, Паліна Юр’еўна Паланейчык; russian: Полина Юрьевна Полонейчик; born 8 April 1994), known mononymously as Palina (previously Palina Respublika), is a Belarusian singer. Repertoire mainly consists of her own works, and she performs songs in Belarusian, Russian, Ukrainian, and French. Biography She studied at gymnasium (high school) №15 of the city of Minsk, from which she graduated in 2011. She has been engaged in the field of women's football. The first song was written at the age of 14 years in Crimea which prompted her to learn how to play guitar. The first solo concert was held in Minsk on 24 December 2011 at the opening of the Art-Siadziba. Ninel Aladova
Ninel Ivanovna Aladova (born June 12, 1934, in Minsk) is a Belarusian architect, interior and furniture specialist, theorist and educator. She earned a Candidate of Sciences degree in Architecture in 1972. She received the title Honorary furniture maker of Belarus in 2008. Aladova is an active member of the Belarusian Academy of Architecture (since 2004), and an active member of the Belarusian Association of Architects and Civil Engineers (since 2000). Mai Dantsig
Mai Volfovich Dantsig ( be, Май Вольфавіч Данцыг; russian: Май Вольфович Данциг; April 27, 1930 – March 26, 2017) was a Belarusian artist active during the Soviet era and independence of Belarus. He is considered to have been one of the founders of the contemporary Belarusian art. Education and career Dantzig was born in Minsk, Belarus. He graduated from the Minsk Arts College in 1952 and the Surikov Arts Institute in Moscow in 1958. In Moscow he studied under Mikhail Kurilko and Victor Tsyplakov. Viktar Mikalayevich Dashkevich ( be, Ві́ктар Мікала́евіч Дашке́віч; 3 January 1945 – 31 March 2020) was a Belarusian stage actor. Biography Viktar Dashkevich was born in the Chashniki District, Vitebsk region, Belarus, on January 3, 1945. In 1973, he graduated from the Belarusian State Academy of Arts. From 1973 to 1990, and after 1991, Dashkevich worked at the Yakub Kolas National Academic Drama Theater. From 1990 to 1991, he was Director of the Belarusian Theater "Lyalka" in Vitebsk. Boris Abramovich Zaborov ( be, Барыс Абрамавіч Забораў; 16 October 1935 – 20 January 2021) was a Belarusian and French artist. He moved to Paris, France in 1980 to begin a career in painting that resulted in numerous exhibitions and increasing recognition in European, American, and Russian art circles.
