Behind Enemy Lines (album)
''Behind Enemy Lines'' is the debut album by the Christian metalcore band, Saving Grace. It is the only album the band released signed under the label '' Harvest Earth Records.'' Critical reception Reception for the album has been generally positive, though its tendency to veer into predictability has been pointed out. Christian music website'', New Release Tuesday'' praised the album, calling it "Bold, brutal and 100 percent in your face... an album which will have hardcore and metal kids alike craving more." Erik Thomas of '' Lastrites'' wrote "this kind of stuff has been done to death, but this is definitely one of the better examples I've heard, even more so considering the origin". ''Sputnik Music'' commented that though the album falls into the trap of being too repetitive, as is often the case with its genre, "this is a great band and album...the best part are the lyrics that advise listeners to believe in themselves no matter what." Christian Metalcore
Christian metal, also known as white metal, Jesus metal or heavenly metal, is heavy metal music distinguished by its Christian themed song lyrics and the dedication of the band members to Christianity. Christian metal is typically performed by professed Christians, principally for Christians and is often produced and distributed through various Christian networks. Christian metal bands exist in most of the subgenres of heavy metal music, and the only common link among most Christian metal bands are the lyrics. The Christian themes are often melded with the subjects of the genre the band is rooted in, regularly providing a Christian take on the subject matter. It has been argued that the marginal yet transnational Christian metal subculture provides its core members with an alternative religious expression and Christian identity, and that the music serves the purpose of offering a positive message through lyrical content. This may not necessarily show a direct connection or refe ...

Crossover Thrash
Crossover thrash (often abbreviated to crossover) is a fusion genre of thrash metal and hardcore punk. The genre lies on a continuum between heavy metal and hardcore punk. Other genres on the same continuum, such as metalcore and grindcore, may overlap with crossover thrash. Terminological ambiguity The genre is often confused with thrashcore, which is essentially a faster hardcore punk rather than a more punk-oriented form of metal."Powerviolence: The Dysfunctional Family of Bllleeeeaaauuurrrgghhh!!". ''Terrorizer'' no. 172. July 2008. p. 36-37. Throughout the early and mid 1980s, the term "thrash" was often used as a synonym for hardcore punk (as in the ''New York Thrash'' compilation of 1982). The term "thrashcore" to distinguish acts of the genre from others was not coined until at least 1993. Many crossover bands, such as D.R.I., began as influential thrashcore bands. The "-core" suffix of "thrashcore" is sometimes used to distinguish it from crossover thrash and thrash ...

Critical reception Awarding the album four stars from Jesus Freak Hideout, Timothy Estabrooks states, "''Unbreakable'' is an album that is exciting at times and at its worst is never less than a solid effort." Scott Fryberger, giving the album three stars for Jesus Freak Hideout, writes, "This isn't a fantastic album, by any means, but it's a good start for the band". Rating the album six out of ten at Cross Rhythms, Peter John Willoughby says, "these guys are relatively newcomers and comparisons to an established band like As I Lay Dying would be unfair". Steve, awarding the album four stars from Indie Vision Music, describes, "This brutal album is sure to please any metalcore fan out there." Giving the album five stars by The New Review, Ben Westerman writes, "It's heavy, brutal, a ...

Harvest Earth Records
Harvesting is the process of gathering a ripe crop from the fields. Reaping is the cutting of grain or pulse for harvest, typically using a scythe, sickle, or reaper. On smaller farms with minimal mechanization, harvesting is the most labor-intensive activity of the growing season. On large mechanized farms, harvesting uses the most expensive and sophisticated farm machinery, such as the combine harvester. Process automation has increased the efficiency of both the seeding and harvesting processes. Specialized harvesting equipment utilizing conveyor belts to mimic gentle gripping and mass-transport replaces the manual task of removing each seedling by hand. The term "harvesting" in general usage may include immediate postharvest handling, including cleaning, sorting, packing, and cooling. The completion of harvesting marks the end of the growing season, or the growing cycle for a particular crop, and the social importance of this event makes it the focus of seasonal celebratio ...
