Bee Ho Gray (born Emberry Cannon Gray on April 7, 1885, in Leon, Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory – August 3, 1951, in Pueblo, Colorado) was a Western performer who spent 50 years displaying his skills in Wild West shows, vaudeville, circus, silent films, and radio. While he was primarily known as an expert at trick roping, he was also skilled with knife throwing, bullwhips (specifically the Australian black snake whip), trick riding, and the banjo. He wove all of these skills together in a homely comic routine. Throughout his long career, he was constantly compared to Will Rogers, which was befitting, considering the two performers worked together several times and developed their acts together in the early 1900s. Bee Nguyen
Bee Nguyen (born July 18, 1981) is an American nonprofit executive and politician serving as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives from the 89th district. A member of the Democratic Party, she was elected during a special election in December 2017 to fill the seat vacated following Stacey Abrams's resignation in August 2017 to focus on her run for governor. Nguyen is the first Vietnamese-American elected to the Georgia House of Representatives. Early life and education Born in Ames, Iowa, Nguyen grew up in Augusta, Georgia, and attended Georgia State University for her bachelor's and master's in English literature and an MPA in finance and management. Bee Palmer
Beatrice C. "Bee" Palmer (11 September 1894 – 22 December 1967) was an American singer and dancer born in Chicago, Illinois. Palmer first attracted significant attention as one of the first exponents of the "shimmy" dance in the late 1910s. She was sometimes credited as the creator of the "shimmy" (although there were other claimants at the time as well). She first appeared in the Ziegfeld Follies in 1918. She toured with an early jazz band, which included such notables as Emmett Hardy, Leon Ropollo and Santo Pecora in addition to pianist/songwriter Al Siegel (whom Palmer married). The band was called "Bee Palmer's New Orleans Rhythm Kings". With some personnel changes, the Rhythm Kings went on to even greater fame after parting ways with Palmer. Bee Vang ( RPA: ''Npis Vaj'', Pahawh: ', Chinese-Mandarin: 王陛; born November 4, 1991) is an American actor and activist of Hmong descent. He is best known for starring in Clint Eastwood's 2008 film ''Gran Torino'' as Thao Vang Lor. Early life and education Vang was born in Fresno, California, four years after his Hmong parents emigrated from Thailand. He has five brothers and one sister. Vang resided in the Twin Cities area.
