Bayana Lok Sabha constituency was a Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituency in Rajasthan state in western India till 2008. This constituency was reserved for the Dalit, Scheduled caste candidates. Tika Ram Paliwal
Tika Ram Paliwal (24 April 1909 – 8 February 1995) was an Indian politician, who served as the Chief Minister of Rajasthan from 3 March 1952 to 31 October 1952. Paliwal was born at Mandawar, Rajasthan village in the present-day Mandawar tehsil of dausa district. He was a prominent Indian independence activist. He was a minister in Jai Narayan Vyas government form 26 April 1951 to 2 March 1952. He became the chief Minister of first democratically elected Rajasthan Legislative Assembly as Jai Narayan Vyas lost in the elections. Mahendra Singh Mewar
Mahendra Singh Mewar (born 24 February 1941) is an Indian politician who was a Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha. He is the eldest son of Bhagwant Singh of Mewar, Maharana Bhagwat Singh Mewar. Mahendra and his brother Arvind Singh Mewar, Arvind both claim to be the 76th custodian of the House of Mewar. 2004 Indian General Elections
General elections were held in India in four phases between 20 April and 10 May 2004. Over 670 million people were eligible to vote, electing 543 members of the 14th Lok Sabha. Seven states also held assembly elections to elect state governments. They were the first elections fully carried out with electronic voting machines. The Janata Party ( JP, lit. ''People's Party'') was a political party that was founded as an amalgam of Indian political parties opposed to the Emergency that was imposed between 1975 and 1977 by Prime Minister Indira Gandhi of the Indian National Congress.
