Batman Vs. Robin (comics)
''Batman vs. Robin'' is a 2015 American animated superhero film which is the 23rd film of the DC Universe Animated Original Movies and the fifth film in the DC Animated Movie Universe. The film is partially based on the " Batman: The Court of Owls" saga written by Scott Snyder and illustrated by Greg Capullo and Jonathan Glapion, combined with aspects of '' Batman & Robin: Born to Kill'' by Peter Tomasi and Patrick Gleason and '' Detective Comics: Faces of Death'' arcs by Tony S. Daniel, and serves as a sequel to 2014's ''Son of Batman''. The film was shown during WonderCon on April 3, 2015, and was released on Blu-ray and DVD formats on April 14. Stuart Allan, Jason O'Mara, David McCallum, and Sean Maher reprise their respective roles from ''Son of Batman''. It was McCallum's last film role before his death in 2023. Jay Oliva
Jay Oliva is an American storyboard artist, film producer and animated film director working at Los Angeles-based animation studio Lex+Otis. Career Oliva first started in animation as a cleanup artist for the animated Fox TV series '' Spider-Man'' in 1996, where he eventually started his career as a storyboard artist. He then moved to Sony Animation in 1997 and storyboarded on ''Extreme Ghostbusters''. He would stay at Sony for the next five years where he worked on '' Godzilla: The Series'' and then eventually becoming a director on the animated TV series '' Roughnecks: The Starship Troopers Chronicles'' which was then followed by '' Heavy Gear'' and '' Max Steel''. Damian Wayne
Damian Wayne, also known as Damian al Ghul (Arabic: دميان الغول), is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, created by Grant Morrison and Andy Kubert, commonly in association with Batman. He is the son of Batman and Talia al Ghul, and thus the grandson of Batman villain Ra's al Ghul and the potential inheritor of Wayne Enterprises. With the al Ghuls citing Bruce Wayne as the optimal successor to their empire, after faking a miscarriage to his father and calling off their marriage, Talia has kept his existence hidden from Batman until ''Batman'' #656 (2006). Thomas Alan Wayne, M.D. is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. He is the father of Bruce Wayne (Batman), and husband of Martha Wayne as well as the paternal grandfather of Damian Wayne. The Court of Owls is a criminal organization and secret society appearing in DC Comics continuity as adversaries of the superhero Batman. Sean Maher (born April 16, 1975) is an American actor. He is known for his portrayal of Simon Tam in the science fiction television series ''Firefly'' and follow-up movie '' Serenity''.
