Barry Mendel (born 1963) is an American film producer. Mendel first produced Wes Anderson’s ''Rushmore (film), Rushmore'' starring Jason Schwartzman and Bill Murray, which won two Independent Spirit Awards, Film Independent Spirit Awards for Independent Spirit Award for Best Director, Best Director and Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Male, Best Supporting Actor.
