Barrett Rich is a Republican Party (United States), Republican former member of the Tennessee House of Representatives for the 94th District, encompassing Fayette County, Tennessee, Fayette, Hardeman County, Tennessee, Hardeman and Tipton County, Tennessee, Tipton. Biography Barrett Rich was born in Somerville, Tennessee on June 14, 1977. He received a B.S. in Management from Bethel University (Tennessee), Bethel College, and graduated from the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy and the Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper School. He started his career as a Tennessee State police (United States), State Trooper. He now works as an insurance agent. He is a member of the Somerville, Tennessee, Somerville Rotary Club, Rotary, the Tennessee Right to Life, the Fraternal Order of Police, and the Farm Bureau. Leigh Wilburn
Leigh Wilburn is an American lawyer and politician from Tennessee. A Republican Party (United States), Republican, she served in the Tennessee House of Representatives. Wilburn is from Somerville, Tennessee. She was elected to the Tennessee House in 2014, succeeding Barrett Rich, who retired. She resigned on December 31, 2015, midway through her term, due to what she described as "unforeseen circumstances involving my immediate and extended family and my business."
