Barbara Alby (August 9, 1946 – December 9, 2012) was an American politician who lived in Fair Oaks, California and was a member of the Republican Party. Early life Barbara Alby was born on August 9, 1946 in the Town and Country area of Sacramento, California. She was the oldest of four siblings. Her father was a butcher in local grocery stores. Her parents divorced when she was 16 years old. She attended St. Philomene's grade school and Loretto High School. She then transferred to Encina High School. She was a member of the class of 1964, but did not graduate. Alby moved to Wisconsin with her second husband and she lived there for eight years. She received her high school diploma from a night school in Wisconsin. Alby dropped out of the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She went on welfare at the age of 19 until her benefits were cut. Heart Attack
A myocardial infarction (MI), commonly known as a heart attack, occurs when blood flow decreases or stops to the coronary artery of the heart, causing damage to the heart muscle. The most common symptom is chest pain or discomfort which may travel into the shoulder, arm, back, neck or jaw. Often it occurs in the center or left side of the chest and lasts for more than a few minutes. The discomfort may occasionally feel like heartburn. Other symptoms may include shortness of breath, nausea, feeling faint, a cold sweat or feeling tired. About 30% of people have atypical symptoms. Roy Arthur Ashburn (born March 21, 1954) is an American politician from Kern County, California. A Republican, he served as a California State Senator from 2002 to 2010 representing the 18th district. He previously served three terms in the California State Assembly, representing the 32nd district and 12 years on the Kern County Board of Supervisors. He served on the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board from 2011 until February 2015, after having been appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Megan's Law is the name for a federal law (and informal name for subsequent state laws) in the United States requiring law enforcement authorities to make information available to the public regarding registered sex offenders. Laws were created in response to the murder of Megan Kanka.
