Bangor Charter Township is a charter township in Bay County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The township's population was 14,641 as of the 2010 Census and is included in the Bay City Metropolitan Statistical Area. Bangor Township is a civil township of Van Buren County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2010 census, the township population was 2,147. The City of Bangor is located in the northeast corner of the township, but is administratively autonomous. Bangor Township was organized in 1853. Brookings County is a county in the U.S. state of South Dakota. As of the 2020 United States Census, the population was 34,375, making it the fifth-most populous county in South Dakota. Its county seat is Brookings. The county was created in 1862 and organized in 1871. Brookings County comprises the Brookings, SD Micropolitan Statistical Area.
