Ballistët
Ballistet (Albanian: ''Ballistët)'' are ultra supporters of the KF Shkëndija football club in Tetovo, North Macedonia. They were officially established as the main ultras group for Shkëndija in 1992. History 2010s The Shkëndija supporters booed the Macedonian national anthem, threw flares at the police and security as well as chanting "Ballisti Zakon", "UÇK" and other nationalistic rhetoric. Also and Macedonian fans of Teteks did the same against Albanians. After Shkëndija's 5–0 victory over Teteks, Shkëlzen Meta, the leading captain of the Ballistët, handed over the reins to the young Isak Luma. KF Shkëndija
Klubi i Futbollit Shkëndija () commonly known as Shkëndija, is a football club based in Tetovo, North Macedonia. Their home stadium is Ecolog Arena and they currently play in the Macedonian First League. In the 2010–11 season of the Macedonian First Football League, the club won its first major championship. History SFRY Period KF Shkëndija was formed on 27 August 1979 by ethnic Albanians from Tetovo. The purpose of forming the club was so that the Albanians throughout Yugoslavia could unite in supporting a club for Albanians. FK Shkëndija was frowned upon by Yugoslav officials as it was thought the club would awaken nationalist feelings among the Albanians of Yugoslavia. Starting at the lowest division in Yugoslavia, the Municipal League, KF Shkëndija played their first match against FK Kosmos, winning 4–0. A supporters' group or supporters' club is an independent fan club or campaign group in sport, mostly association football. Ultras are a type of association football fans who are renowned for their fanatical support. The term originated in Italy, but is used worldwide to describe predominantly organised fans of association football teams. The behavioural tendency of ultras groups includes their use of flares (primarily in tifo choreography), vocal support in large groups and the displaying of banners at football stadiums, all of which are designed to create an atmosphere which encourages their own team and intimidates the opposing players and their supporters. Tetovo
Tetovo ( mk, Тетово, , sq, Tetovë/Tetova) is a city in the northwestern part of North Macedonia, built on the foothills of Šar Mountain and divided by the Pena River. The municipality of Tetovo covers an area of at above sea level, with a population of 52,915. The city of Tetovo is the seat of Tetovo Municipality. Tetovo was founded in the 14th century on the place of the ancient town of Oaeneon. In the 15th c. AD, Tetovo came under Ottoman rule for about five centuries. Ecolog Arena
Ecolog Arena is a multi-purpose stadium in Tetovo, North Macedonia used primary for Association football, football matches. The stadium's capacity is 15,000 seats. History The stadium opened in 1981 and was called Tetovo City Stadium (Stadion Gradski Tetovo) until 2016. The Football Federation of Macedonia and the Tetovo Municipality agreed in March 2015 to renovate the stadium as a part of the UEFA "Hat-trick 4" initiative. The renovation began in April 2015 and was completed in April 2016. Floodlights to play matches at night were erected later the same year. In July 2016, Ecolog International, the owners of KF Shkëndija, took Tetovo City Stadium under concession from the Tetovo municipal council and committed to invest 7.7 million euros to renovate the stadium to be able to host international matches. Albanian Language
Albanian ( endonym: or ) is an Indo-European language and an independent branch of that family of languages. It is spoken by the Albanians in the Balkans and by the Albanian diaspora, which is generally concentrated in the Americas, Europe and Oceania. Gorazd Mihajlov (, born 21 August 1974) is a Republic of Macedonia, Macedonian association football, football coach and former player.
