Balcatta Etna Football Club is an Australian semi-professional soccer club based in Balcatta, Perth, Western Australia. They compete in the National Premier Leagues Western Australia. History In the first year, 1978, playing at the new home ground, Reader Reserve in Hector St, Mt Yokine. Etna acquired fifth position on the ladder. In the second year, 1979, Etna finished seventh position on the ladder. In 2013 the club changed its name from Balcatta Soccer Club to Balcatta FC. On 30th November 2021, the club re-branded and officially became Balcatta Etna FC. Colours and Badge The major colours for Balcatta Etna are blue and red. The Balcatta Etna badge contains three sections. The top section shows the clubs Italian heritage through the Italian flag and the words 'Balcatta Etna FC' beneath it. Grindleford Reserve
Grindleford is a village and civil parish in the county of Derbyshire, in the East Midlands of England. The population of the civil parish as taken at the 2011 Census was 909. It lies at an altitude of in the valley of the River Derwent in the Peak District National Park. The 17th-century Grindleford Bridge crosses the river on the western side of the village. The league sits at Level 2 on the Western Australian league system (Level 3 of the overall Australian league system). 2018 Football West Season
The 2018 Football West season was the fifth season under the current competition format in Western Australia. The NPL premiers Perth SC qualified for the National Premier Leagues finals series. Steven Paul Burton (born 9 October 1983) is an English footballer. Burtons former teams include Boston United, Doncaster Rovers, Scarborough, Crawley Town and Harrogate Town. On 28 June 2007, local newspaper Tamworth Herald confirmed that Tamworth manager Gary Mills had said that Burton hadn't been offered a new deal at the club and was unlikely to receive one along with fellow striker Jon Stevenson.
