"Balada" (full title "Balada (Tchê Tcherere Tchê Tchê)", also known as "Balada Boa") is a song by Brazilian artist Gusttavo Lima from his album ''Gusttavo Lima e você'' (2011). Written by Gusttavo Lima and Cássio Sampaio, it was released on 21 January 2011, in Brazil through label Som Livre. The song became a success in Brazil: it reached the 3rd position on the Brazilian ''Billboard'' Hot 100. International fame came when the popular song was released worldwide on 13 April 2012, through label Universal. The song became a success in most of Europe, just as Michel Teló's song " Ai Se Eu Te Pego", becoming a number-one hit in Belgium (Flanders), France, Honduras, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands (13 weeks at number one in the Dutch Top 40, a new record). Gusttavo Lima
Nivaldo Batista Lima (born September 3, 1989), known by his stage name Gusttavo Lima, is a Brazilian singer, songwriter and record producer,one of the most influential names in Brazilian music. He is known in Brazil for his many hit songs, and gained international prominence through the song " Balada". Lima started his career at the age of 7, with his elder brothers Willian and Marcelo, as a member of the Trio Remelexo. After leaving the trio, he went to the sertanejo duo Gustavo & Alessandro. In 2009, Lima released his debut solo studio album, which produced the successful song "Rosas, Versos e Vinhos", that topped regional radio charts and later entered in the Brasil Hot 100 Airplay. Multiple record charts have been inaugurated in Romania since the 1990s. The Romanian Top 100 was the country's national chart until 2012. Founded in 1995, it was a ranking based on the compilation of charts submitted by local Romanian radio stations. The Romanian Top 100 was published weekly and was also announced during a radio show starting in 1998. Compilation of the list was first handled by Body M Production A-V, followed by Media Forest. In the 2010s, the chart was announced during a podcast on Kiss FM, but the broadcast ended in February 2012. Later that month, the Airplay 100—which was compiled by Media Forest and also broadcast by Kiss FM—replaced the Romanian Top 100 as a national chart.
