Manuel José Joaquín del Corazón de Jesús Belgrano y González (3 June 1770 – 20 June 1820), usually referred to as Manuel Belgrano (), was an Argentine public servant, economist, lawyer, politician, journalist, and military leader. He took part in the Argentine Wars of Independence and created the Flag of Argentina. He is regarded as one of the main Founder Fathers of the country. Mario Lozano (actor)
Mario Lozano (b. 1969/1970) is a United States Army specialist, best known for once being indicted by an Italian court for his role in the death of Italian Secret Service officer Nicola Calipari in a supposed incident on Route Irish, immediately following the Rescue of Giuliana Sgrena. Lozano was not the only American soldier involved in this incident, but received much more attention because he was the one who fired the machine gun killing Calipari. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion of the 69th Infantry Regiment, 42nd Infantry Division of the New York Army National Guard, based in Manhattan. In 2007, a superior Italian court decided that Italy had no jurisdiction in this case—though renewed, this motivation has been since dubbed as wrong by the High Jury Italian court in 2008. Mario Passano (1925 - 23 July 1995) was an Argentine film actor and tango performer. He starred in some 20 films between 1951 and the late 1970s. In 1972 he starred in '' Autocine mon amour''. He was the brother of the actor Ricardo Passano and uncle of the actor Ricardo Passano Jr. He died of a heart attack in Ituzaingó on 23 July 1995.
