Bahr Halvorsen's Second Cabinet governed Norway between 6 March 1923 and 30 May 1923. It ceased to exist after the death of Prime Minister Otto Bahr Halvorsen. Ivar Bergersen Sælen (19 November 1855 – 24 November 1923) was a Norwegian politician from the Conservative Party who served as Minister of Education and Church Affairs from March 1923 until his death in November the same year.
