''Bad Girls'' is a 1994 American Western (genre), Western film directed by Jonathan Kaplan, and written by Ken Friedman and Yolande Turner. It stars Madeleine Stowe, Mary Stuart Masterson, Andie MacDowell and Drew Barrymore. Kaplan previously directed two of the film's stars: Masterson in ''Immediate Family (film), Immediate Family'' (1989) and Stowe in ''Unlawful Entry (film), Unlawful Entry'' (1992). Darwyn Cooke (November 16, 1962 – May 14, 2016) was a Canadian comics artist, writer, cartoonist, and animator who worked on the comic books ''Catwoman'', '' DC: The New Frontier'', ''The Spirit'' and '' Richard Stark's Parker: The Hunter''. His work has been honoured with numerous Eisner, Harvey, and Joe Shuster Awards. Early life Darwyn Cooke was born in Toronto on November 16, 1962. Alex McAulay (born January 20, 1977) is an American film director and novelist. McAulay is best known for writing and directing the thriller films ''Don't Tell a Soul'' and ''A House on the Bayou''.
