"Baby Please Don't Stop" is a song by Spice Girls member Emma Bunton, released on 27 February 2019 as the lead single from her fourth studio album, '' My Happy Place''. It is Bunton's first solo single released in twelve years, the last being " All I Need to Know" in 2007. The single was written by Bunton, Patrick Mascall, and Paul Barry, while Paul Meehan and Brian Rawling handled the song's production. Emma Lee Bunton (born 21 January 1976) is an English singer, songwriter, actress, and media personality. She rose to fame in the 1990s as a member of the girl group Spice Girls, in which she was nicknamed Baby Spice. With over 100 million records sold worldwide, the group became the best-selling female group of all time. Adam Phillips is a British guitarist. Career Phillips has performed and recorded with Tina Turner, Dave Lewis, Ricky Martin, Steps, Britney Spears, Ronan Keating, Laura Pausini, Celine Dion, Maxi Priest, The Corrs, Shayne Ward, Boyzone, Hamish Stuart, Lionel Richie, Renato Zero, Tom Robinson, Whitney Houston, Richard Ashcroft and Tony O'Malley. ''My Happy Place'' is the fourth studio album by British singer Emma Bunton. It was released on 12 April 2019 by BMG Rights Management. The album consists of ten tracks; eight are cover versions of some of Bunton's favourite songs and two are original songs co-written by the singer. Background and development The album was inspired by 1960's sounds, like motown and sixties pop. In January 2010, Bunton stated that she had no plans to record a new album. She stated that while she loves singing, in her view it takes a lot of time and work to promote an album, and said that she would rather focus her time on her son Beau, who was born in 2007. In February 2018, it was reported that Bunton was secretly recording new music. Bunton officially acknowledged the fact that she was recording new music on '' This Morning'' in June 2018.
