Babar Awan
Zaheer-ud-din Babar Awan ( ur, ظہیر الدین بابر اعوان; born 27 January 1958; SI), is a Pakistani politician, senior lawyer, author, analyst, columnist, and leftist writer who served as Adviser to Prime Minister for Parliamentary Affairs from April 2020 to 10 April 2022, and before that as the Federal Law Minister in the cabinet of former Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani. He also served as a junior Pakistani Senator of Punjab Province from 2012 to 2017. He regularly writes and publishes on left-wing philosophy. He extensively writes political columns in a leading Urdu newspaper, the ''Daily Jang'', in support of social democracy and social justice. Malik Shakeel Awan ( ur, ملک شکیل اعوان; born 25 January 1966) is a Pakistani politician and businessman who served as a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from 2010 to 2013. The Sitara-e-Imtiaz () also spelled as Sitara-i-Imtiaz, is the third-highest (in the order of "Imtiaz") honour and Civil decorations of Pakistan, civilian award in the State of Pakistan. It recognizes individuals who have made an "especially meritorious contribution to the security or national interests of Pakistan, world peace, cultural or other significant public endeavours". Monticello University
Monticello University was an unaccredited diploma mill incorporated in Hawaii, but based in Kansas, whose operator Leslie Edwin Snell (aka Dax Snell) was found guilty in 2000 of issuing invalid degrees, and which Kansas has accused of being fake. The Circuit Court of the First Circuit in the State of Hawaii ordered the university, amongst other orders, preventing it from claiming it was legally qualified to issue degrees, to declare that it utilises "erroneous or misleading advertising."
