"BTSTU" is a song by British songwriter and record producer Jai Paul. A demo recording of the song received widespread blog coverage throughout 2010 after having been uploaded to Paul's MySpace page, as well as receiving numerous plays on BBC Radio 1 in the UK. Jai Paul is an English songwriter, record producer and recording artist. His early demo "BTSTU" led to his online discovery and a subsequent recording contract with XL Recordings. Together with its follow-up "Jasmine", these songs have been regarded as influential on underground as well as mainstream pop music in the 2010s. A demo album consisting of songs for his aborted debut album '' Bait Ones'' was leaked in 2013 and unofficially uploaded by an unknown source to the surprise and acclaim of critics, leading to Paul taking an extended hiatus from music. Paul returned in 2019 with the official release of his leaked album and a new double single entitled "Do You Love Her Now / He". ''Leak 04-13 (Bait Ones)'' is a demo album by British musician Jai Paul, released as his debut project. It was released on 1 June 2019 through XL Recordings, marking seven years since Paul last released solo music with the 2012 single " Jasmine". The album consists of demos intended for what would have been his debut studio album, ''Bait Ones''. However, it was initially leaked from a low-quality CD-R stolen from Paul and sold through Bandcamp under the unofficial title ''Jai Paul'' on 13 April 2013. A City of London Police investigation—along with direct cooperation from Bandcamp and PayPal—could not uncover the leaker's identity, and Paul characterised the incident as traumatic, taking an extended hiatus from music. In later years, Paul felt comfortable with officially releasing the album as sequenced by the user who originally stole and illegally uploaded it. "End of Time" is a song recorded by American singer Beyoncé Knowles for her fourth studio album, '' 4'' (2011). "Jasmine" (sometimes styled "jasmine (demo)") is a song by Jai Paul, first released in 2012 as a digital download. Release "Jasmine" was first released on SoundCloud on 30 March 2012. It was later re-released on Paul's debut album ''Leak 04-13 (Bait Ones)'' (2019), an unofficial version of which was leaked in 2013. Niia Bertino (born July 11, 1988), better known by her stage name Niia, is an American singer, pianist, and songwriter. Early life Niia was born in Needham, Massachusetts, and was trained by her mother in classical piano and began singing and performing at the age of 13. In sound and music, sampling is the reuse of a portion (or sample) of a sound recording in another recording. Samples may comprise elements such as rhythm, melody, speech, sounds or entire bars of music, and may be layered, equalized, sped up or slowed down, repitched, looped, or otherwise manipulated.
