Byron Williams (American Football)
Byron Keith Williams (born October 31, 1960) is a former professional American football wide receiver. He was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the tenth round of the 1983 NFL Draft. He played college football at UT Arlington. Williams has also been a member of the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants, Indianapolis Colts, B.C. Lions, Ottawa Rough Riders, Detroit Lions, Orlando Thunder, Saskatchewan Roughriders and New York/New Jersey Knights Baltimore Stallions. The Indianapolis Colts are a professional American football team based in Indianapolis. The Detroit Lions are a professional American football team based in Detroit. The Lions compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member of the National Football Conference (NFC) North Division. The team plays their home games at Ford Field in Downtown Detroit. The franchise was founded in Portsmouth, Ohio as the Portsmouth Spartans and joined the NFL on July 12, 1930.
