Brodów Park
Brodów Park is an urban park in Szczecin, Poland. It is located the neighbourhood of Żelechowa, within the district of Północ, Szczecin, Północ, between Obotrycka, Pochyła, Pochyła, Ułańska, Żurawia, Axentowicza, Liściasta, and Słowicza Streets. It was originally a Lutheranism, Lutheran cemetery, closed in 1946, and turned into a park in the 1970s. Name The park was named after the former name of the neighbourhood of Drzetowo, that was ''Brodów'', briefly used after 1945, and related to the former German language, German name ''Bredow''. History The park was established in place of the former Lutheranism, Lutheran Drzetowo Cemetery (Polish language, Polish: ''Cmentarz Drzetowski''; German language, German: ''Bredower Friedhof''), which served the village of Drzetowo, incorporated into Szczecin in 1900.
