History The first mention of the club is from April 1947, when it was the works team of British Overseas Airways Corporation (BOAC). British Overseas Airways Corporation (BOAC) was the British state-owned airline created in 1939 by the merger of Imperial Airways and British Airways Ltd. Middlesex County Football League
The Middlesex County Football League is a football competition based in England loosely drawing teams from the central, northern and western parts of Greater London. The league was founded in 1984 and initially had only one division, although it has since expanded greatly. It currently has a total of seven divisions. Cranford is a suburban area straddling the London Boroughs of Hillingdon and Hounslow. It is located west of Charing Cross and immediately east of Heathrow Airport, from which it is separated by the River Crane. The Football Association Challenge Vase, usually referred to as the FA Vase, is an annual football competition for teams playing in Steps 5 and 6 of the English National League System (or equivalently, tier 9 or 10 of the overall English football league system).
