''Brian and the Judge'' was a radio talk show syndicated by Fox News Radio. It was hosted by Fox News personalities Brian Kilmeade and Judge Andrew Napolitano. The show was launched to replace Tony Snow's radio show when he left the program to become White House Press Secretary in 2006. Andrew Peter Napolitano (born June 6, 1950) is an American syndicated columnist whose work appears in numerous publications, including ''The Washington Times'' and ''Reason''. He was an analyst for Fox News, commenting on legal news and trials. Napolitano served as a New Jersey Superior Court judge from 1987 to 1995. He was a visiting professor at Brooklyn Law School.
