Brevet d'Etat d'éducateur sportif" (BEES) (''State Certified Sports Instructor'') is a French government certificate for sport coaches. Only holders of this certificate may be paid for sports coaching, according to the law of the 16 July 1984, and after that that in the Sport Code, second volume, article L. 212–1). A sports coach is a person coaching in sport, involved in the direction, instruction and training of a sports team or athlete. History The original sense of the word ''coach'' is that of a horse-drawn carriage, deriving ultimately from the Hungarian city of Kocs where such vehicles were first made. Facilitator
A facilitator is a person who helps a group of people to work together better, understand their common objectives, and plan how to achieve these objectives, during meetings or discussions. In doing so, the facilitator remains "neutral", meaning they do not take a particular position in the discussion.
