''Breezy'' is a 1973 American romantic drama film directed by Clint Eastwood, produced by Robert Daley, and written by Jo Heims. The film stars William Holden and Kay Lenz, with Roger C. Carmel, Marj Dusay, and Joan Hotchkis in supporting roles. It is the third film directed by Eastwood and the first without him starring in it. Distributed by Universal Pictures, ''Breezy'' was theatrically released in Los Angeles on November 16, 1973 and in New York City on November 18, 1973. Muriel Bevis
Muriel Bevis €³Breezy″(October 7, 1928 – October 29, 2002) was an American outfielder and pitcher who played in All-American Girls Professional Baseball League during the 1950 season. Bevis batted and threw left-handed. She was born in Corona, Queens, New York City. By 1943 a new All-American Girls Softball League was formed. Started largely to provide entertainment for baseball fans whose beloved heroes had gone off to World War II, the league would eventually shift gears and become the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League, which was dissolved at the end of the 1954 season. Muriel Bevis was one of 25 players in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League clubs who hailed from New York City and State, including Gloria Cordes, Mildred Deegan, Nancy Mudge, Betty Trezza and Margaret Wigiser. Barbara Jude "Breezy" Bishop was born September 7, 1935. girls' basketball coach at Western Senior High School in Baltimore, Maryland. She built one of the nation's top high school programs during 24 seasons at Western. Bishop was inducted into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in 2000. Breezy Noble Johnson (born January 19, 1996) is an American World Cup alpine ski racer on the U.S. Ski Team. She competes in the speed events of downhill and super-G. Born in Jackson, Wyoming, Johnson grew up in nearby Victor, Idaho, and made her World Cup debut in December 2015. In her first World Cup season in 2017, she finished eighteenth in the downhill standings.
