Breac House
Breac House is a boutique hotel in County Donegal, Ireland. The hotel is on Horn Head peninsula near Dunfanaghy and overlooks Killahoey Strand, Sheephaven Bay, and Muckish Mountain. It opened in 2017. The hotel has only four guest rooms; three were part of the original design and a fourth was added during the COVID-19 shutdowns. It was designed to recall a traditional longhouse by Letterkenny architecture firm MacGabhann. The grounds include a traditional Irish sweathouse with a grass roof. Owners Cathrine Burke and Niall Campbell, who are originally from Dublin, live onsite. County Donegal

Letterkenny ( ga, Leitir Ceanainn , meaning 'hillside of the O'Cannons'), nicknamed 'the Cathedral Town', is the largest and most populous town in County Donegal, a county in Ulster, the northern province in Ireland. ''The Independent'' is a British online newspaper. It was established in 1986 as a national morning printed paper. A green roof or living roof is a roof of a building that is partially or completely covered with vegetation and a growing medium, planted over a waterproofing membrane. MacGabhann Architects are an architecture firm based in Letterkenny, County Donegal, Ireland. History MacGabhann Architects was founded in 1975 by Antoin MacGabhann Snr. The company expanded in 1997 when his sons Antoin and Tarla returned from Glasgow and Berlin respectively. Head offices are located in Letterkenny and Belfast. Horn Head (Irish: ''Corrán Binne'', meaning "Hollow in the Hills") is a peninsula in Donegal, North West Ireland, close to Dunfanaghy. It forms part of Sheephaven Bay. Archeological significance Horn Head has many remains of Neolithic stone circles, court tombs, passage tombs and prehistoric field boundaries. Natural Heritage Area Horn Head cliffs rise straight out of the water to a height of about 600 ft/180 m on the ocean side of the peninsula.
