The Brazil men's national artistic gymnastics team represents Brazil in FIG international competitions. History Brazil has participated in the Olympic Games men's team competition twice. It has also participated in the men's team competition at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships ? times. At the 2012 Olympic Games, Arthur Zanetti became the first Brazilian to win an Olympic medal in men's artistic gymnastics, winning gold in the rings. Volta Redonda
Volta Redonda () is the name of a Municipalities of Brazil, municipality in the Rio de Janeiro (state), Rio de Janeiro state of Brazil with an area of 182.81 km2, located from 350m to 707m above the sea level (22°31'23" S, 44°06'15" W) and with a population of 273,988 inhabitants (estimated in 2020). At the 1896 Summer Olympics, eight gymnastics events, all for men, were contested in Panathinaiko Stadium. They were organized and prepared by the Sub-Committee for Wrestling and Gymnastics.
