Brandi Poole
Brandi Poole (born November 22) is an assistant coach for Dallas Wings in the WNBA. Poole has previously spent time in the WNBA as an assistant coach with the Connecticut Sun and as the Director of Basketball Operations with the Portland Fire. She has also served time at the NCAA Division I level with Bowling Green, Indiana, Texas Tech, and West Virginia. College career Poole attended University of the South and was a member of the women's basketball program. As a player, Poole was a three-time all-conference honoree and a three-year co-captain. She still ranks among the school's top 10 in career points and rebounds. Coaching career Portland Fire Poole started her career as the Director of Operations for the WNBA's Portland Fire in 2000. Curt Miller (born October 6, 1968) is an American basketball coach, currently the head coach of the Los Angeles Sparks of the Women's National Basketball Association, WNBA. He previously served as the head coach of the Connecticut Sun from 2016-2022 and Bowling Green State University from 2001–2012 and Indiana University Bloomington, Indiana University from 2012–2014, and spent one season as an assistant to Brian Agler with the Los Angeles Sparks. Latricia Trammell (born February 20) is an American basketball head coach for the Dallas Wings of the WNBA. Trammell has previously been an assistant coach for the Los Angeles Sparks and the San Antonio Stars in the league. She has also coached at the collegiate level. Early life and education Trammell grew up in Oklahoma and was a prep star at Seminole High School. She scored a single game state record of 46 points. Following her high school years, Trammell attended Seminole State College and East Central University, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in biology in 1992 from ECU. Candace Elizabeth Whitaker (née White; born April 22, 1980) is an American college basketball coach who is currently women's basketball head coach at Missouri Western. Previously, Whitaker was head coach at UMKC and Texas Tech. The Portland Fire were a professional basketball team in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) based in Portland, Oregon that joined the league in 2000 as the counterpart to the NBA’s Portland Trail Blazers.
