Bradon Forest School
Bradon Forest School is a mixed secondary school in Purton (near Swindon) in Wiltshire, England. In September 2015 the school converted to academy status and is now part of the Athelstan Academy Trust, which also includes Malmesbury School in Malmesbury, The Dean Academy in Lydney, Sir William Romney's School, Tetbury and Chipping Sodbury School. The headteacher of Bradon Forest School is Sarah Haines. The school was established in 1962 as Bradon Forest Secondary School, initially with accommodation for 390 pupils. Its name reflects the Forest of Braydon which once covered the area. By 2016 there were 856 enrolled, increasing to 915 in October 2022. The sixth form at Bradon Forest School runs in conjunction with Malmesbury School. Students attend lessons at Bradon Forest once a week and for the rest of the time they study at Malmesbury School. Academy (English School)

Craig Neil Miles (born 20 July 1994) is an English cricketer who currently plays for Warwickshire. A right-handed batsman and right-hand medium pace bowler he made his first-class debut for Gloucestershire against Northamptonshire in May 2011. In doing so, at 16, he became the fourth youngest player to represent Gloucestershire in a first-class match. Grant Turner (swimmer)
Grant James Turner (born 11 March 1989 in Swindon) is a British swimmer. He competed for Great Britain in the 4 × 100 metre freestyle relay at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Upon retirement from competitive swimming, Grant formed the Joanne Jackson Swim Academy with his partner Olympic swimmer Joanne Jackson. Laura Halford
Laura Halford (born 25 February 1996) is a British rhythmic gymnast from Cricklade, Wiltshire. Halford is a four times senior British champion (2013, 2014, 2015, 2017), and two times junior British champion. She represented Wales at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Gymnastic career Halford began gymnastics at the age of six, and her natural flexibility saw her gravitate towards rhythmic gymnastics. By the age of nine she was representing both Britain and Wales, qualifying for the latter through her Welsh father. At the age of ten she won her first junior British title. Michael David Pook (born 22 October 1985) is an English semi-professional footballer who plays for Cirencester Town. Matthew Claude Mills (born 14 July 1986) is an English retired professional footballer who played as a defender. He spent most of his career in the English EFL Championship, in which he played for Leicester City, Reading, Bolton, Nottingham Forest, Doncaster Rovers and Barnsley. Sir William Romney's School, Tetbury
Sir William Romney's School is an 11–16 secondary school with academy status in Tetbury, Gloucestershire, England. Pupils come from the Tetbury, Leighterton, Stroud, Cirencester, Nailsworth and Avening areas. In 2016 the school achieved a 'Good' rating from Ofsted. Purton
Purton is a large village and civil parish in Wiltshire, England, about northwest of the centre of Swindon. The parish includes the village of Purton Stoke and the hamlets of Bentham, Hayes Knoll, Purton Common, Restrop, The Fox and Widham. The River Key, a tributary of the Thames, crosses the parish near Purton Stoke. Lydney
Lydney is a town and civil parish in Gloucestershire, England. It is on the west bank of the River Severn in the Forest of Dean District, and is 16 miles (25 km) southwest of Gloucester. The town has been bypassed by the A48 road since 1995. The population was about 8,960 in the 2001 census, reducing to 8,766 at the 2011 census. Increasing to 10,043 at the 2021 Census.
