Boudewijn Catz
Boudewijn Catz or Cats (ca. 1601 - 18 May 1663) was apostolic vicar to the Dutch Mission from 1662 to 1663. Life Catz was born in Gorinchem. He served as vicar to the Diocese of Haarlem. The Dutch Republic was an officially Protestant country where Catholicism was outlawed and reduced to a minority faith. In the 1630s, a series of portraits of the Haarlem Catholic clergy was commissioned as an act of patronage towards the local artists. The portraits were for the priests' living quarters next to the secret St. Bernardus church in de Hoek on the Bakenessergracht. In 1634 Pieter de Grebber painted Catz. On the death of Jacobus de la Torre, Vicar Apostolic of the Dutch Mission, Catz was appointed his successor on 31 May 1662. On 9 September 1662, in Cologne he was consecrated titular archbishop of Philippi. Boudewijn Zenden (; born 15 August 1976) also known by his nickname "Bolo", is a Dutch former footballer who played as a left winger or as an attacking midfielder. Named the 1997 Dutch Football Talent of the Year, Zenden played for four teams in the English Premier League, totalling 180 games and 19 goals. He also played in the highest leagues in the Netherlands, Spain and France, for PSV, Barcelona and Marseille respectively. Boudewijn Poelmann (born 3 February 1949, Bussum) is a Dutch entrepreneur and co-founder of the Netherlands's Nationale Postcode Lottery. In 1983, he helped to start the media company, Novamedia. Before establishing Novamedia in 1983, he worked with DAF and Oxfam Novib (Dutch organization for international development aid). Boudewijn Hendricksz
Boudewijn Hendricksz (died 1626) (also known as Hendrikszoon, Bowdoin Henrick to the English, and Balduino Enrico to the Spanish) was a Dutch corsair and later Admiral. He is most famous for his role in the Battle of San Juan (1625) during the Eighty Years' War, in which he tried but failed to capture San Juan from Spanish forces. In the same year, prior the assault on San Juan he attempted to recapture Bahia, Brazil after the Spanish overcame Dutch forces in the city. Biography Youth Boudewijn de Groot was born in wartime occupied Dutch East Indies in 1944 in a Japanese concentration camp close to Batavia (today known as Jakarta) where his mother died in June 1945.
