Amedeo Bottaro (born 1 May 1971) is an Italian politician. Biography Bottaro was born in Naples on 1 May 1971. He graduated at the University of Bari in 1996, and opened his own law firm in the city of Trani, Apulia, in 2009. He is a member of the Democratic Party and was elected Mayor of Trani at the 2015 Italian local elections. He took office on 19 June 2015. He was re-elected for a second term at the 2020 Italian local elections. Viviana Bottaro (born 2 September 1987) is an Italian karateka. She won one of the bronze medals in the women's kata event at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. Bottaro has also won numerous medals in the women's individual kata and women's team kata events at the World Karate Championships and the European Karate Championships. She is a three-time bronze medalist in the women's individual kata event at the World Karate Championships. She is also the 2014 European champion in this event. Biography In 2019, Bottaro won the silver medal in the women's individual kata event at the European Karate Championships held in Guadalajara, Spain. The following month, she represented Italy at the European Games held in Minsk, Belarus and she won the silver medal in the women's individual kata event. Luciano Bottaro (16 November 1931 – 25 November 2006) was an Italian comic book artist. Bottaro's characteristic style is highly appreciated in Europe - many countries publish his comics (such as France, Germany, Greece, Spain, Portugal, and in the former Yugoslavia, as well as such far flung sites as Argentina, Australia and Brazil).
