It was produced by The Delinquents, Dot., Happy Perez, J-Cutt, Mike D, One Drop Scott and Twelve, and executive produced by G-Stack and V-Dal. The album was voted as one of the top forty best independent albums of 1999 in a ''Murder Dog'' magazine poll. The Delinquents are a rap group from Oakland, California, composed of two members, Glen Jones a.k.a. G-Stack, Vidal Prevost a.k.a. V-White (formerly known as V-Dal) and Ghost Producer Gregory Turner a.k.a. Lord Gregory(formerly known as G-Black. Kevin Danell Mann (born January 10, 1970), better known by his stage name Brotha Lynch Hung, is an American rapper, songwriter and record producer from Sacramento, California who has been described as "the creator of horrorcore rap." He is also a former 24th Street Garden Blocc Crip gang member which is a Crip affiliated street gang based in Meadowview, Sacramento. Early life Mann grew up in Sacramento. He became a fan of east coast rappers such as Rakim and Slick Rick. He started rapping at the age of 13. He became a member of the 24 Street Garden Blocc Crips by age 16 during the 1980s.
