Hanson (band)
Hanson is an American Pop music, pop band from Tulsa, Oklahoma, formed by brothers Isaac Hanson (guitar, vocals, bass, piano), Taylor Hanson (keyboards, vocals, percussion), and Zac Hanson (drums, vocals, piano). Supporting members include Dimitrius Collins (guitar) and Andrew Perusi (bass), who have toured and performed live with the band since 2007. Pop Rock
Pop rock (also typeset as pop/rock) is a fusion genre with an emphasis on professional songwriting and recording craft, and less emphasis on attitude than rock music. ''Live from Albertane'' is a live album by American pop rock group Hanson. As the name suggests, it is a live album, recorded during the group's Albertane Tour. Albertane is a fictional place (the capital city of the planet Mars) referred to in their song "Man from Milwaukee". With the lead vocalist Taylor Hanson at age 15 at the time this album was recorded, his voice is noticeably deeper than in their previous releases. "I'll Be There" is the first single released on ''Third Album'' by The Jackson 5. It was written by Berry Gordy, Hal Davis, Bob West, and Willie Hutch. The song was recorded by The Jackson 5 and released by Motown Records on August 28, 1970, as the first single from their ''Third Album'' on the same date. Produced by the songwriters, "I'll Be There" was The Jackson 5's fourth number-one hit in a row (after "I Want You Back" in 1969, "ABC" and "The Love You Save" earlier in 1970), making them the first group to have their first four singles reach number one and the first black male group with four consecutive number-one pop hits. WhoSampled is a website and app database of information about sampled music or sample-based music, cover songs and remixes. History Nadav Poraz founded the site in London, England in 2008, as a way to track musical samples and cover songs. Mobile apps were released in 2012 and 2014 for iPhone and Android, respectively. The website's database is user-generated and reviewed by moderators before the content goes live. As of 2022, the site's most sampled track is the Amen break from the Winstons. In 2015, the site added support for film and television clips. The Coasters
The Coasters are an American rhythm and blues/rock and roll vocal group who had a string of hits in the late 1950s. Beginning with "Searchin'" and " Young Blood" in 1957, their most memorable songs were written by the songwriting and producing team of Leiber and Stoller. Although the Coasters originated outside of mainstream doo-wop, their records were so frequently imitated that they became an important part of the doo-wop legacy through the 1960s.
