Bobsleigh At The 1964 Winter Olympics – Two-man
Two-man bobsleigh at the 1964 Winter Olympics took place on 31 January and 1 February at Olympic Sliding Centre Innsbruck, Bob und Rodelbahn Igls, Innsbruck, Austria. This event was last run at the 1956 Winter Olympics as bobsleigh was not part of the 1960 Winter Olympics, 1960 games. The winning athletes were those who posted the shortest total time over four separate runs. Great Britain at the 1964 Winter Olympics, British duo Anthony Nash (bobsleigh), Anthony NashRobin Dixon, 3rd Baron Glentoran, Robin Thomas Dixon took gold, the first medal of any kind on this event for Great Britain. Olympic Sliding Centre Innsbruck
The Olympic Sliding Centre Innsbruck is a venue for bobsleigh, luge and skeleton (sport), skeleton located in Igls, Austria (southeast of Innsbruck). The most recent version of the track was completed in 1975 and is the first permanent, combination artificially refrigeration, refrigerated bobsleigh, luge, and skeleton (sport), skeleton track, serving as a model for other tracks of its kind worldwide. It hosted the bobsleigh, luge, and skeleton competitions for the 2012 Winter Youth Olympics.2012 Winter Youth Games venue listings in bid packages.

Victor Emery (born June 28, 1933) is a Canadian athlete and businessman. Emery was born in Montreal, Quebec. Chuck Pandolph
Charles "Chuck" Pandolph, Sr. (1924–1973) was an American bobsledder who competed from the early 1950s to the early 1960s. He won a silver medal in the four-man event at the 1961 FIBT World Championships in Lake Placid, New York. A native of Saranac Lake, New York, Pandolph also competed in two Winter Olympics, earning his best finish of sixth in the four-man event at Innsbruck in 1964. After retiring from bobsled, Pandolph ran a bar in Saranac Lake called "Chuck's Bar". He was married with a son, Chuck, Jr. His grandson, Corey (born 1971), is best known for the online comic ''Barkeater Lake''. Pandolph died in 1973.
