Bob Graham (Australian Politician)
Robert Leslie (Bob) Graham JP (born 19 May 1943) is an Australian politician. He was a Liberal Party member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1988 to 1991, representing the electorate of The Entrance. Graham was elected to the Legislative Assembly at the 1988 state election, and ran for re-election at the 1991 election. He initially appeared to have won reelection over Labor challenger Grant McBride by 116 votes. However, due to the late completion of the 1991 redistribution, hundreds of voters received absentee ballots for Gosford. As a result, the Court of Disputed Returns ordered a by-election for 1992, which was won by McBride. Wyong Shire Council Graham was elected to Wyong Shire Council as a Councillor for B Ward at the September 1999 election, and would be re-elected a further three times in 2004, 2008 and 2012. Wyong Shire
Wyong Shire was a local government area located in the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. The incorporation of the Wyong area dates back to 7 March 1906 when the entire area of the Brisbane Water Police District outside of the Town of Gosford was proclaimed as the Erina Shire. From 1 January 1947, local government in the Central Coast region was reorganised, creating ''Gosford Shire'' and ''Wyong Shire'', which comprised Erina Shire north and east of Kulnura, Central Mangrove and Lisarow. Until its abolition in 2016, Wyong Shire was located around the coastal lake system of Tuggerah Lake, Budgewoi Lake and Lake Munmorah. Electoral District Of Gosford
Gosford is an electoral district of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly in Australia. The electorate covers the western parts of the City of Gosford, including central Gosford and Woy Woy. It is represented by Liesl Tesch of the Labor Party, elected at the 2017 by-election. The electorate was created in 1950. At the redistribution prior to the 2007 election much of the district of Gosford, then held by Chris Hartcher for the Liberal Party, became part of the district of Terrigal while Gosford absorbed most of the former district of Peats, then held by Marie Andrews for the Labor Party. Grant McBride
Grant Anthony McBride (29 December 1949 – 12 February 2018) was an Australian politician who was a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly representing the electorate of The Entrance on the New South Wales Central Coast for the Labor Party between 1992 and 2011. Political career McBride won Australian Labor Party preselection for The Entrance in the 1991 state election, losing to Liberal incumbent Bob Graham by 116 votes.
